The Evolutionary Level Above Human, Foundation d/b/a The Telah Foundation, an Arizona nonprofit corporation-an alleged unincorporated entity organized in Arizona that Isaac Scumbag Crum signed a second Amended Corporate Disclosure Statement on behalf of in March of 2024. The only apparent difference between this alleged entity and the alleged entity that Otto Hinks signed a Corp Disc. Statement on behalf of is a comma after the word ‘Human’. This would seem to imply that the King’s Arizona Nonprofit Corporation is a private Foundation however it is not, it is a Public Charity as per the IRS and not a private Foundation. The word ‘Foundation’ is merely part of the corporation’s name and does not designate the Arizona Nonprofit Corporation as a Foundation.
Evolutionary Leval Above Human Foundation, the alleged entity that obtained 501(C)(3) status from the IRS in 1999. A little over a week ago the IRS corrected the name of the fake entity with the true name of the Arizona Nonprofit Corporation run by the Kings.
The Evolutionary Level Above Human Foundation, an Arizona Nonprofit Corporation Incorporated on September 23, 1997 as per the Arizona Corporation Commission. This entity owns two trademarks for Heaven’s Gate and the copyright registration for the class’ audio tapes numbered 487-498. No other copyrights or trademarks are owned by this entity. This entity is not the entity that was a ‘Petitioner’ in the Probate case and therefore this entity was not transferred any of the class’ property by the Public Admin. of San Diego County. Thus the copyright registration for the class’ tapes 487-498 was obtained fraudulently as the registration identifies ‘The Telah Foundation’ as a ‘dba’ but the audio tapes were transferred to ‘the Telah Foundation, Inc.’, not to The Evolutionary Level Above Human Foundation, d/b/a The Telah Foundation.
